The Facilities Finance and Accounting
unit provides budget, financial
planning, financial reporting and financial transaction
processing services.
The unit provides budgeting, financial planning
and financial reporting for
Facilities Management, Energy Services, EH&S,
Space Inventory
Services and the UCLA Police Department. In addition,
the unit provides
financial transaction processing, including the
transfer of funds, funds
accounting, account reconciliation, expense payments
and customer
recharges for Facilities Management, Energy Services
and Space
Inventory Services.
The Information Systems unit provides information technology
development and support services to Facilities Management, Environment
Health & Safety and the UCLA Police Department. The unit implements and
maintains the infrastructure and applications necessary for the operation
of these departments and interfaces with other campus departments for the
continued collection and dissemination of information related to Facilities Management's mission. |
